AdJuggler is a leading digital advertising technology company serving several hundred publishers, ad networks, and agencies worldwide. We are expanding our Technical Operations team, which serves as an advanced engineering “SWAT” team to resolve complex customer and infrastructure issues. Our ideal Technical Operations Engineer candidate has strong experience with a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) provider; knowledge and use of development and system administration tools; familiarity with web platforms and digital advertising technologies; and is a diligent and creative problem-solver. The role reports to the Technical Operations Manager within the Technology team, yet works very closely with our sales and account management groups. Position is in Alexandria, VA, minutes from Washington, DC.
Responsibilities
- Deliver award-winning customer support and communication
- Solve advanced application problems identified by AdJuggler platform customers
- Coordinate issue escalation and resolution with Account Management, System Administration, Development, and Product Management, based in issue type
- Actively share and codify problem resolution in Zendesk and knowledge bases
- Rotate on-call status
Qualifications
- Experience providing high-quality technical customer support, strong interpersonal skills, and highly collaborative
- Experience with Linux shell, log analysis, Javascript, HTML, multiple browsers, and SQL
- Knowledge of online advertising, including ad operations, ad server tags, pixeling,
- cookies, reporting, video formats (VAST), and mobile applications (MRAID)
- Experience troubleshooting production issues in a high-volume SaaS environment
- Desire to work in face-paced, entrepreneurial environment
